The 2015 Camp Card Sale!

This initiative is designed to help Scouts earn their way to Cub Scout Day Camp, Webelos Resident Camp, Boy Scout Resident Camp, National High Adventure Activities, purchase new camping equipment, etc.

  • Units participating in this program will earn 50% commission ($2.50) on each $5.00 Camp Card they sell.
  • The sale begins in March with card distribution at roundtables and ends at the June roundtables.
  • This program is RISK FREE; units pay NOTHING UP FRONT and simply return any unsold / undamaged cards at settlement on or before June 26, 2015.

A Camp Card Guidebook will be in each unit’s mailbox
It has all necessary information and forms to participate in the program.

Individual Scouts can sell Camp Cards if their unit does not.
Just complete the same forms and follow the same rules as the unit.

Here is how the program works . . .

  • The unit places its order for Camp Cards by starting in March.
  • The Camp Cards are delivered to the unit in March.
  • The Camp Master explains the camp card program to the Scouts and helps them set a goal for the amount they want to earn.
  • The Scouts sell the cards through June 19, 2015
  • If a customer wants to pay for a card(s) with a check, the check must be made out to the unit, NOT Patriots’ Path Council.
  • The unit returns any unused cards and payment for the sold cards no later than June 26, 2015 to the Cedar Knolls office.
  • Here is how the 50% commission is earned:
    • 30% for placing an order
    • 20% for the on time settlement of the order, no later than 5:00 pm, June 26, 2015.
  • The unit only pays the $2.50 per card sold, checks are made payable to Patriots’ Path Council.
    • STRIVE FOR 25!

      For every 25 Camp Cards an individual Scout sells they can enter into one of our fourteen weekly drawings. Each weekly drawing will have two winners, prizes being your choice of a Walmart gift card or an Amazon.com gift card. There will be a first place ($50) and a second place ($25) winner. All non-winning weekly entries will be carried over to the next weekly drawing.  All entries from the weekly drawings will then be put into the Super Drawing at the end of the sale for even larger prizes!


      To enter into a weekly drawing, sell at least 25 Camp Cards, complete a coupon (reverse side of this form or visit the PPC website) and submit it to The Patriots’ Path Council. You may drop it off to the Council office in Cedar Knolls, fax it or email it to Linda Mickel.
      Scouts can be entered for every 25 cards they sell, and can enter multiple times each week.  Entries are due to the Patriots’ Path Council office by Wednesdays at 5 p.m. to be considered for that Thursday drawing.  Entries received after Wednesdays at 5 p.m. will be included in the next weeks drawing. 

      Drawings begin on Thursday March 19, 2015 and will be drawn weekly until the June 25, 2015 drawing.  The Super Drawing will be on June 29, 2015.
